Oleoresin Capsicum Spray (OC)
This block of instruction is designed to familiarize Law Enforcement Personnel with the basic legal, medical, and tactical considerations involved in the use of Oleoresin Capsicum Spray, commonly called “OC” or “Pepper Spray”.

This is not intended to supersede or replace any agency’s existing policy, procedure, or customary practice.
