This course celebrates and examines the courageous contributions of Arkansas women in law enforcement—past and present. Students will explore the historical challenges, groundbreaking achievements, and evolving roles of women in policing and criminal justice throughout the state. Through case studies, guest speakers, and interactive discussions, participants will gain insight into the leadership, resilience, and community impact demonstrated by these women of valor. The course emphasizes empowerment, professional development, and the importance of diversity and representation within the justice system.
